a busy week!

It’s been hectic in our household over the past week or so and I haven’t had much time to stamp.

The weather here is finally starting to warm up and we’ve been busy with some spring cleaning.  Not my favorite task, but it needed to be done!

FIrst was pressure washing the front of the house – ok Orvil took on this task – just how did that front door get so dirty?

Next it was the windows – what a job!  Both the inside and outside windows needed a good cleaning, and we removed the screens and gave them a good washing as well.  Hey – I can actually see through the windows now!

Finally we hit the back patio.  We have a nice screened in patio that really does not get used much in the winter, but yesterday it almost hit 70 so it was time to get this area in shape.  First we had to move all the furniture to one side, pressure wash the floor and screeens, then move everything over the the other side and repeat the process!   Then clean all the table tops and seat cushions.  Whew!  It took most of the morning but it is done!

Now, with all this cleaning I was only able to get a quick card made.

The image, from Inkadinkadoo, was stamped with CTMH white pigment ink and embossed with white embossing powder.  The blue cardstock is SU and the white satin ribbon is from JoAnn’s.  I thought about popping up the “thank you” portion, but ran out of time so this will have to do for today!

Thanks for stopping by today.  I’m going to a class on Saturday at my LSS for another mini album and I’ll share what I make sometime next week!
