baby it’s cold outside…

We woke up this morning to 28 degrees.

In many parts of the county this would be normal, since it is winter.  But we are in Florida.   It’s not supposed to get this cold here!  I think it’s a law or something.

So we’ve got the heat turned up and we’ll probably have a fire going tonight.  The weather forecast calls for more freezing temperatures at night for a few more days.

I’ve got all my holiday cards mailed out and thought I would share this one with you.  I had the good fortune to have this published in this months issue of Vamp Stamp News.

The sentiment is from Flourishes, the holly from Auntie Amy/I Brake For Stamps.  The holly was simply stamped in each corner with the berries colored with a prisma pencil.   I used Memento Bamboo Leaves to ink and sponge.  The sentiment was stamped with Memento Rhubarb.  The paper is Cranes Lettra, and SU’s Cherry Cobbler.  A May Arts satin ribbon tops it off.

This clean and simple card was easy to replicate!

I hope you are all doing well this week.  Thanks so much for stopping by today!
