Sisterhood of Crafters

Hello friends – today marks a new challenge at the Sisterhood of Crafters Blog – and the theme is All About Christmas!

I know you have many Christmas cards  either ready to hand out or already mailed, so why don’t you show us what you have?  All the details can be found here.

Here is one of the cards I made this year.

I used the beautifully drawn image from Power Poppy on a stitched oval die cut.  It was colored with copic markers using reds and blues.   A stardust gel pen was used to add sparkle throughout the image.  The patterned paper on the bottom was some holiday paper left over from years ago.  A snowflake punch with a blue rhinestone were used to tie it all together.

I used this image as my main holiday card this year and decided to do two versions of the card.  Here is the same image and card design, but using different patterned paper and a slightly different coloring scheme.

Thanks for stopping by today!!  I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!
