Thought I would share something to warm us up! This clean and simple card worked up quickly with reverse masking a circle and sponging 3 different colors of ink over it. The palm tree image is from Creative Visions. Kept the overall look of the card simple in order to keep the focus on the colors. Stay warm and thanks for stopping by!
We are very blessed to be living near the water here in Florida. The beaches have sugar white sand and the water is shades of emerald green and turquoise blue. We have incredible sunrises and sunsets. So, inspired by the natural beauty around me here is this sailing into the sunset card.
The image was stamped with memento tuxedo black ink and colored with a variety of copic markers. The background was sponged with memento inks. The stamp – called Sailboat Scene – is from Creative Vision stamps and can be found here.

I really loved working with this set – it contains two silhouette images and a number of sentiments some of which are perfect for Father’s Day.

I used a circle punch to make a mask then sponged Memento inks in variuos colors on white cardstock. I stamped the cowboy silhouette and sentiment with memento ink and wrapped twine around the bottom. All paper is from Mark’s Finest Papers.

I’m playing along today with Impression Obsession’s “Oldie’s But Goodies” challenge – details found HERE.
I started by stamping the main image on neenah white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black in and colored with prisma pencils. Then I sponged the sunset with Memento Dandelion and Cantaloupe and the water with Summer Sky inks. It was mounted on blue cardstock from SU. The base card is SU cardstock as well and the small dragonfly image (also from IO) was stamped in the background with versamark ink.
